Job Description:
As a Supply Chain & Purchase Manager at Burak Metering, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics. You will ensure a seamless flow of materials and components required for the production of flow meters and instrumentation systems, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment for production operations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Managing inventory levels, stock forecasting, and material planning in coordination with production teams.
- Monitoring supply chain performance and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Additional Information:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management within the instrumentation or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence.
