Job Description:As a Senior Lawyer at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will lead the company’s legal operations, providing expert advice on corporate law, compliance, contracts, and risk management. You will play a key role in protecting the company’s legal interests across all business verticals.Responsibilities include:Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex legal agreements.Leading compliance and regulatory audits.Advising management on legal risks and strategic business decisions.Managing disputes, arbitration, and external legal counsel.Overseeing intellectual property and corporate governance documentation.Additional Information:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).5–10 years of experience in corporate or industrial law.In-depth knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
