Key Responsibilities:Solve Customer Problems Quickly:Make sure all customer complaints or requests about flowmeter repairs and recalibrations are handled fast and correctly, so customers are happy and experience less downtime.​Manage the Service Team:Organize and supervise the work of service technicians who visit customer sites for repairs or regular maintenance. Assign jobs and make sure everyone is doing their best work.​Plan Service Visits:Schedule regular visits to customer locations for recalibration, maintenance, or emergency repairs, and keep track of what work is being done and when it needs to be done again.​Keep Good Records:Record all service work, repairs, complaints, and maintenance so that you have a clear history for each customer and can spot repeating issues.​Train Technicians and Customers:Teach your own team how to fix and maintain flowmeters and show customers the right way to use and care for them to reduce future problems.​Identify New Business from Existing Clients:While servicing equipment, look for chances to suggest upgrades or new products that could help the customer, and pass these opportunities to the sales team.​Make Sure Service is Top Quality:Regularly check that your service team is working efficiently and meeting company standards for good, timely, and reliable service.​Give Feedback and Reports:Share reports on service trends, customer feedback, and possible product improvements with your management, so the company can keep getting better.​Build Strong Relationships:Stay in touch with existing customers so they trust your company, keep coming back for service, and are more likely to recommend your products to othersKey Skills:Troubleshooting and diagnostic competence for flowmeter systemsTeam leadership and technician supervisionCalibration and preventive maintenance planningSLA management and field service schedulingCustomer retention and satisfaction managementRoot cause analysis and service improvement implementationCross-functional communication with production, R&D, and sales teams
