Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer at Rhosigma Engineering & Automation, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
2. Preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
3. Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
4. Managing resources, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
5. Providing technical support during project design, development, and implementation.
6. Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges during project execution.
7. Preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Additional Information:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
2. 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within engineering/automation industries.
3. Strong understanding of engineering design principles, processes, and project workflows.
4. Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
5. Knowledge of industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
