As a Project Engineer at Rhosigma Engineering & Automation, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Managing resources, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
- Providing technical support during project design, development, and implementation.
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges during project execution.
- Preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within engineering/automation industries.
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles, processes, and project workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
