Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor at Ascent Porta Solutions, you will oversee the manufacturing process of portable cabins, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising manufacturing activities and workforce.
• Monitoring production schedules and workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth production.

Additional Information:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Production Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of prefab or cabin manufacturing is a plus.
