Product Development Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Development Manager at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will lead the development of new products from concept to production, ensuring innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the complete product development lifecycle.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, and testing).
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Driving continuous improvement and design innovation.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Product Design.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in embedded or automation systems.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
