Product Development Manager

Job Description:As a Product Development Manager at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will lead the development of new products from concept to production, ensuring innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:Managing the complete product development lifecycle.Coordinating cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, and testing).Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.Driving continuous improvement and design innovation.Additional Information:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Product Design.5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in embedded or automation systems.Strong project management and leadership skills.
