Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Rhosigma Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of electronic products. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize processes, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures for electronic products.
- Designing and optimizing production layouts, workflows, and assembly lines.
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Identifying and implementing automation and robotics solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and maintaining documentation and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action activities for manufacturing issues.
Additional Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field required; relevant certifications or advanced degrees may be preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Experience with process optimization, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements applicable to manufacturing processes (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
