Job Description:

As a Fleet Manager at Lanjekar Logistics, you will manage and maintain the company’s fleet operations to ensure timely delivery and operational safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and managing fleet operations to meet delivery requirements.
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.
• Maintaining fleet records and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinating with operations and drivers to resolve issues quickly.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
