Job Description:As a Fleet Manager at Lanjekar Logistics, you will manage and maintain the company’s fleet operations to ensure timely delivery and operational safety.Responsibilities include:Scheduling and managing fleet operations to meet delivery requirements.Monitoring vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.Maintaining fleet records and compliance with regulations.Coordinating with operations and drivers to resolve issues quickly.Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in fleet management.Strong organizational and communication skills.
