Job Description:
As a Client Success Executive at Sovorun Technologies, you will ensure clients derive maximum value from our IT and SaaS solutions. You will work proactively to support adoption, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and guiding clients through product implementation.
- Acting as the primary liaison for client queries and support.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Collaborating with technical and product teams to address client needs.
- Identifying opportunities for product enhancement and upselling.
Additional Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client success, support, or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS or IT product workflows is a plus.
