As a Business Development Manager – Embedded Solutions at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the embedded systems and automation market by identifying business opportunities and building long-term partnerships.Responsibilities include:Developing new business leads for embedded and automation solutions.Understanding client requirements and providing tailored technical proposals.Collaborating with engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.Preparing bids, quotations, and project proposals.Achieving sales and business growth targets.Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.4–7 years of experience in embedded systems or industrial automation sales.Excellent communication, technical understanding, and negotiation skills.
