As an Account Manager at Sovorun Technologies, you will manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and coordinating services accordingly.Responsibilities include:Maintaining and growing client accounts.Understanding client business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly.Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.Coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects successfully.Monitoring account performance and identifying upselling opportunities.Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.2–5 years of experience in account management or client relations.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in IT, software, or SaaS account management preferred.
