Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring project costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Preparing financial reports and advising management on key decisions.
• Managing relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.

Additional Information:

• CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management within technical or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with attention to detail.
